Prayer of May 12, 1963

O Lord, close my eyes to all things but thy holy presence. And when, my God, I have learned to see all things in thee and thee in al things, then open thou my eyes to be filled with thy sacred Awe, and my lips so that I may sing forth thy praise over all the earth with a song silent and immutable upon the vibrations of life.
